Race Registration
Registrations open on 25 Nov at 10am
Registrations for the 2025 race will be processed on the Webscorer platform. If you already have a Webscorer account, you can login with this, or you will need to create an account during registration.
Racer experience
During the registration process, you will be asked to complete your resume/race experience in order to help us in assessing whether you have the experience necessary to compete in the race. Please be thorough and accurate with this – we require:
- Long distance paddling experience
- Multi-day hiking/camping/paddling survival
- Wilderness First Aid or standard First Aid skills
Waiver
All registrants must accept the terms of the Yukon River Quest Waiver. As part of the registration process, you will be asked to sign to acknowledge that you have read the waiver and agree to it.
Parents of U18 competitors – you must download and read the Assumption of Risk form – you will be required to acknowledge acceptance of these terms during registration.

Individual Registration
To register as an individual paddler, please select “Yourself” from the “Who are you registering” dropdown, and complete the form details.
Team Registration
To register a team – please first register the team organiser. We will then confirm your registration and you will receive an email confirming this with a link to complete payment. Once you have paid, you you will be able to send a separate registration link out to your team members to complete their details and sign the waiver.
